Support Coordination

These services aim to build capacity to exercise greater choice & control, develop decision-making and problem-solving skills. The Support Coordinator helps you implement your NDIS plan, to choose, connect and organise your NDIS services & increase your ability to manage your NDIS package.

Services are provided by Experienced and Qualified professionals

Assistance with Daily Life

Services include, but not limited to:

Bathing, toileting
Grooming
Meal preparation
Administration of medications
Attending appointments
Getting around and Domestic support that includes assistance with shopping, basic house chores, gardening (different services than professional cleaning and yard maintenance).

Assistance with Social and Community Participation

Services include, but not limited to:

Assistance to engage in activities of your choice and interests within your community but also friends and family;
Assistance when attending school and or employment & training or volunteering.

Activities may be social, sporting, educational, outdoors, craft or through the Arts that enable you to build skills such as confidence to engage and be with others, indulging yourself in doing things you like with people & places you are comfortable with, to name a few.

STA - Respite

AmiCare can organise and or offer you STA (Short-Term Accommodation & Support) or Respite … from a few hours, overnight, weekend or several days, through your Assistance with Daily Living (CORE funding)

Day Tours & Package Holiday Travels

AmiCare runs Day Tours - Small group outings at affordable prices. These are local and or regional outings.

Package Holidays - AmiCare Travels offer you the opportunity to explore and discover the beauties and uniqueness of the places we visit.

These holidays packages are designed as:

- Small groups, meeting new people whilst sharing the experiences with minded-like people, or

- Customised to your preferences: either as a solo traveller, or with a 1-accompanying person or as a family group.

These are overseas holiday package tours.

Our personalised services ensure you receive the support you need to fully enjoy the trips. A free consultation prior booking assist to discuss your wishes, needs and options.

Do You need a carer? You can bring your own or request one from AmiCare.

Our tours are affordably priced ,modes of Payment :

-Your NDIS plan (Core funding)

-Your support package (other then NDIS) or

- Privately through Fee-for-Service.
